By using UnAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Description of Service
UnAI provides users with access to an AI text humanizer and rewriter tool. Access to the basic tool is free under daily limits (500 words per day for registered free users, 300 words for guests). Advanced features, higher/unlimited word limits, and high-speed priority servers are available via paid subscriptions.
3. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit material that violates any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
- Automate text submission via crawlers, scrapers, or other API endpoints without explicit Enterprise subscription API keys.
- Generate spam, malicious code, phishing content, or defamatory texts.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel within 48 hours of billing and have not exceeded 5,000 words in usage, you may contact support for a refund.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The materials on UnAI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. UnAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Further, UnAI does not warrant that its humanizer engine guarantees 100% bypass of AI detectors, as detection algorithms are constantly changing.
6. Modifications of Terms
UnAI may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
